It’s not easy being a teen.
This Next Generation Yoga class will offer teens the practice of peer connection and interaction, calming techniques, group discussion, yoga poses and group activities. We give teens effective tools to deal with everyday stress to help balance energy and release the feel-good hormones improving mood and sense of well-being. Yoga helps strengthen the entire body and aids in coordination, balance and posture. Yoga helps teens become centered, grounded and to have access to feel more calm.
The practice of yoga is ultimately a doorway for self-empowerment, self-love, compassion, and peace. It is experimental with benefits showing as it’s practiced.
Class is for teens aged 13-17
